The LMNTL Retreat Room has open enrollment during specific windows or by invitation only for clients & retreat participants.

Twice monthly we meet on Zoom for 90 minutes to work on personal or creative projects in community.
The times and dates vary month to month to allow for more flexibility in schedules.
You can join at anytime during a scheduled co-work session.

During the co-work sessions, people work on writing and editing books, catching up on emails, art projects, editing podcasts, creating content for your business, and sometimes when working isn’t what you need, sitting and doing nothing for a little bit is always encouraged 🙌
We meet live on Zoom the last Thursday of every month for 60 minutes to be in community, share something that’s brought you joy, and set self-care goals for the following month.
To give you a better idea of what we mean when we say setting “goals” – most times people don’t remember the goals they set (including us!), it’s more of a personal check-in and a practice of letting ourselves not do the goals we set out to do because sometimes as we’re living life, we figure out what we really need and want along the way.
If you’re struggling with something, another club member will be quick to offer support, resources, or general affirmation or encouragement.
Likewise, if there is something to celebrate, you'll have a group of people ready to root for you!
We host bi-monthly-ish virtual speaker series that range from 60-90 minutes in duration.
A constant series hosted in collaboration with Gerard Beaubrun, is the Paradox of Self-Care - an exploration in why doing what's good for us is sometimes so hard, and go-to practices for creating the positive change we seek to see in our lives.
Once you're in the Club, you'll have access to our archive of workshops & retreats as well as live access for all upcoming.

For archived retreats, we recommend listening or watching like you would a podcast.
For workshops, we recommend dedicating time to go through the material utilizing the work blocks in the program.
Prices vary from $25/ session to $225 per event for non-members.
Throughout the year we schedule spontaneous social gatherings just to be together.
This is an inclusive, tight-knit group and it's often a reprieve from the demands of day to day life for us to gather together.

An archive of recorded yoga classes ranging from 10-50 minutes for all levels.
An opt-in group for ongoing community support & conversation. We use Telegram to share reminders for upcoming events, and encourage community members to use it to stay in touch between our live calls.
Weekly-ish emails with practices and journaling prompts to complement your personal growth journey and spark meaningful thoughts & conversations.

For all members of the Inner Circle & Retreat Room, you’ll receive access to all Zoom links for live sessions through your custom portal. 10 minutes prior to each event you’ll also receive an email reminder.
All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to your portal so you can listen or watch anytime at your own pace.
The Club is based all online, however, we've had several members meet in-person on their own or through attending one of our in-person retreats.
Twice a month, we gather for a 90 minute virtual co-working session designed to help you actually do the things you’ve been meaning to do — with support and structure (and zero pressure).
Whether you're working on a creative project, catching up on admin, or tending to something personal you've been putting off, this is your focused pocket of time to show up and follow through — with your LMNTL crew by your side.
Here’s how it flows:
Quick Check-In (10-15 min): We open with a live group welcome and share what we’re working on.
Work Time (60+ min): Cameras and mics off — you dive into your work while we all stay on Zoom together for quiet, focused accountability.
Group Break & Close (10–15 min): We pause near the end to stretch, check in, and sign off feeling accomplished.
No need to hustle or over-perform. Just come as you are, bring what you’ve got, and enjoy the magic of getting things done — together.
