RESILIENT RETREAT AT INDIGO

Join us to remember how strong, wise, and radiant you truly are — tucked away in the heart of the Pisgah National Forest, alongside Newberry Creek. Adventure, rest, play - whatever you need.

CLIENT TRANSFORMATION

“The experience was truly joyful and absolutely life-changing... I would not hesitate to sign up for ANY AND ALL future LMNTL retreats.”

— Leslie M., Spring 2025 Retreat Participant

WHY RESILIENT

Because you're stronger, more capable, more wise, more brilliant, and more beautiful than you think you are.

Because when we come together in community to support, challenge, and uplift each other, we're able to see our own gifts with more clarity.

The light you bring and shine onto others is the same light that will be reflected back to you.

Life is hard and you've been through a lot, but you are stronger.

Here, in sacred community, you’ll be reminded: your resilience is real, support surrounds you, and you have everything you already need within.

CLIENT TRANSFORMATION

“The intention behind every detail of the whole trip was felt immensely... you feel surrounded by love and safety.”

— Kelley B., Fall 2024 Retreat Participant

MEET YOUR HOSTS

LESLIE EADES (she/her) | LMNTL & Social + Sage

Hi, I'm Leslie! I'm a Coach, Retreat Facilitator, Yoga Instructor, Author, Artist, Vanlifer, and Endurance Athlete. I come ALIVE in the forest, in the creek waters, and when I'm in community with like-hearted people. I can't wait to host Resilient this year because I think we all need reminders of how strong, beautiful, and magical we are, and how to access this in our day to day lives. I tap into this inner harmony & wisdom every time I give myself time in nature, and I am honored to guide you at the retreat.

MATT WAGNER (he/him) | LMNTL

Hello, I’m Matt and my true calling is to move and communicate with both my mind and body and evolve and learn with others in community. I’ve combined my 20+ years as a designer/brand developer/community builder with a diverse physical practice as an athlete while on a deep spiritual and contemplative journey to co-create LMNTL with my partner Leslie. I live to read, watch documentaries, run obstacle courses and engage in conversation while traveling the country in our minimal mobile van home base Luna.

LISA SEARS | Brass Rings Life

Lisa is honored to support this weekend behind the scenes, ensuring that Matt and Leslie have the space and presence to do what they do best. As a retreat facilitator herself, Lisa leads experiences centered on abundance, mindset, and strategic growth—helping women step into clarity, confidence, and forward momentum. This weekend, she’s grateful to witness the heart-centered, resiliency-focused work of Matt and Leslie, and to help create a smooth and grounded experience for all attending.
