What is Return?

Return is a Virtual Seminar focused on creating healthy practices to return to ourselves. All sessions have been recorded - once you register you have instant access to complete at your own pace.

While our lives tend to feel busier and busier, this space is meant to quiet the noise around us to learn how to tune into our own bodies & minds - together.

Each speaker session will inspire you and most importantly, be with you - sharing what "return" means from their lens and creating space for all of us to learn how to return to ourselves in the moment and in our daily lives.

Frequently asked questions

You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers.

What if I can't attend each session?

That's totally fine!

Most people pop in and out of sessions that align with their schedules - that's the beauty of the virtual retreat, you can make it work for you!

Can I attend with a friend?

Yes! Actually, every registration comes with a BOGO code to share with a friend/family member/partner/co-worker or anyone you want to share the experience with. We recommend doing the retreat with a friend!

how interactive are the sessions?

They are as interactive as you want them to be. Any sharing by retreat participants is completely optional. We would love for everyone to participate with their cameras on, however, understand if anyone needs or wants to participate with their cameras off. Some people like to listen in on sessions like a podcast.

Can we contact speakers after the session?

Yes, it's encouraged! We'll provide each speaker's contact information for you to reach out with any thoughts or questions after the sessions.

what do i need to participate?

We'll be using Zoom and you'll need access to your email or your online portal through LMNTL. If you have any questions before the retreat starts, we're happy to help you troubleshoot and make sure you're set up with what you need.
