LMNTL/Spring Retreat in New Harmony

Spring Retreat in New Harmony May 8-11, 2025

Join us in the quiet town of New Harmony, Indiana, for a retreat rooted in stillness, community, and the slow return to yourself.

🌿 With a theme of aliveness and vitality, this gathering invites you to pause, rest, and reconnect—with your breath, your body, and the natural rhythms of the season.

🌿 We have paid or sponsored spots available, and if something in you feels called—we invite you to join us.

A Quiet Invitation: Finding Vitality in Stillness and Community

Something shifts when you step into a new space—one where you're surrounded by people who see you, support you, and remind you of your own strength.
And something even more powerful unfolds when you let yourself be cared for.

Because here’s the truth: you deserve rest, reflection, and the kind of nourishment that reaches all the way to your soul.

By the end of the retreat, you’ll feel recharged, supported, and deeply connected to yourself and others. You’ll have tools to navigate life’s transitions with greater clarity, strength, and self-compassion.

Come as you are ✨

CLIENT TRANSFORMATION

Attending an LMNTL Retreat was the best educational and healing retreat I’ve ever attended. I have been able to process grief differently since attending. I’m looking forward to the next!Ā

Meet Your Hosts

Leslie Eades (she/her) | LMNTL

Hi, I'm Leslie! I'm a Life Coach, Retreat Host, and Endurance Athlete with a deep calling to gather people in meaningful ways. Through my work, I co-host retreats that offer safe spaces for self-expression, learning to ask for what we need, and being celebrated for doing so. I believe in the power of community because we were never meant to do life alone. A few of my love languages are coffee (whether I’m brewing it, serving it, or enjoying it with others) and timekeeping—protecting people’s time, space, and energy. I'm honored to walk alongside others on their journey and look forward to meeting you soon!

Matt Wagner (he/him) | LMNTL

Hello, I’m Matt and my true calling is to move and communicate with both my mind and body and evolve and learn with others in community. I’ve combined my 20+ years as a designer/brand developer/community builder with a diverse physical practice as an athlete while on a deep spiritual and contemplative journey to co-create LMNTL with my partner Leslie. I live to read, watch documentaries, run obstacle courses and engage in conversation while traveling the country in our minimal mobile van home base Luna.

Allyson Davis

Meet Allyson Davis—the magic behind the meals! As the Catering & Events Producer for Hometown Hospitality, she’s not just a cook; she’s a culinary wizard who nourishes both body and soul. With Allyson on-site at the Spring Retreat in New Harmony, you can forget about cooking and focus on fully soaking in the experience. Good food, good vibes, and zero stress—she’s got it all covered!

Elements of Your Experience

Walking Meditation

New Harmony is home to two labyrinths that we'll visit for a ritual practice of silence & solitude in community with one another.

Self-Inquiry Workshops

Hosts, Leslie & Matt, will lead us in reflection & resetting workshops where we'll write and share in conversation.

Meals

The discipline of preparing & enjoying meals is a ritual we want to share with you - life happens in and around the kitchen. A local chef will be with us on-site to prepare & share hand-crafted specialties.

Yoga

Enjoy (optional!) restorative and rejuvenating yoga practices to help you ground and integrate your retreat experience in your day to day life. We’ll do sun salutations with modifications and incorporate guided silent movement with breath.
