Hi y’all,
This week’s invitation is simple—but powerful: clear out.
Here in Southern Indiana, it’s been raining a lot lately. The kind of soft, steady rain that turns everything lush and green, and makes you want to curl up in a blanket with a warm drink (y'all know I've got a decaf coffee!). It’s also the kind of weather that quietly mirrors a deeper rhythm: the energy of letting go.
As Spring continues to unfold, I keep feeling nudged by its invitation to release. To soften. To clear space.
So here are a few prompts to help you tune in and begin your own “clearing out” process this week:
🌱 Take a look at your calendar.
What have you been saying yes to lately?
Does it bring you joy, energy, ease—or dread, fatigue, resistance?
How might you create more room for what genuinely lights you up?
💨 If your schedule feels non-negotiable right now (we’ve all been there),
ask yourself: How can I invite in more ease with what I already have?
Maybe that looks like:
Taking three slow, intentional breaths during a bathroom break
Saying yes to a long-pending invitation that feels good in your body
Taking the long way home with the windows down
Whatever clearing out looks like for you—whether it’s big or tiny, symbolic or literal—we’d love to hear about it.
✨ Drop into the comments and share what you’re letting go of this week, or how you’re making space for more ease.
We’re cheering you on. Always.
