Last week we hosted the Spring Retreat in New Harmony where we focused on aliveness and vitality. Each of our retreats involves taking some kind of inventory of the past, attuning to the present, and creating aligned action for the future. During the Spring Retreat ...
✨ We honored where we've been.
✨ We reconnected to our aliveness.
✨ We aligned with what's next.
✨ We invited intention through personal mantras/affirmations, actions and commitments.
This week your invitation is to make a list of all the things in your life that are bringing you joy right now.
✨ Write it in your journal
✨ Say it out loud
✨ Share with a friend
✨ Type it on your computer
✨ Send it in an email to yourself
Once you have your list, let the feelings of joy wash over you. Once you've accessed it, see if you can let it lead the way for a little bit. Make your next few decisions in a way that allows you to maintain that joy.
This exercise is really important to recognize that our internal state does not have to be a reflection of our external circumstances. You get to decide how you feel right now and what better place to start than joy?
