Solo Travel for Personal Growth: How to Find Yourself While Exploring the World
I became a life coach in 2002 after a long search for true happiness, realizing that success and striving to be "enoughâ didnât equate to fulfillment. My early career in mental health was rewarding but not the right fit, leading me to a high-energy sales role at Discovery Networks. While I thrived professionally, I struggled internallyârising stress, secret depression, and a life out of alignment. In 2001, a breaking point pushed me to resign and embark on a solo backpacking journey through New Zealand and Australia, seeking to reconnect with myself. That experience transformed me, revealing resilience, courage, and inner wisdom. Now, I help others find their way back to themselvesâno drastic life changes required, just intentional steps forward. No matter where you are on your journey, Iâm here to support you.
